EVOO Dressing, Five Ways
Here are five different ways to whip up easy, make-in-advance olive oil-based salad dressings that can be made and stored in mason jars in your fridge.
Simply make, store, shake to combine and enjoy!
Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon sea salt + more if needed
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper + more if needed
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake well to combine.
Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup plain yogurt
2 limes worth of juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced fine
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
½-1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake well to combine.
Balsamic Dressing
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon dijon
1 teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon sea salt
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake well to combine.
Honey Mustard Dressing
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 lemons worth of juice
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
ground pepper, to taste
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake well to combine.
Creamy Italian Dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/4 cup plain yogurt
3 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake well to combine.
