St. Germain Rosé Cocktail

INGREDIENTS

For one 8 oz cocktail

  • 2 pink grapefruit sections

  • 1T Grove 45 EVOO

  • 1.5 oz Gin, your favorite!

  • 1 oz St. Germain

  • 3 oz Museion Rose

  • Sliced pink grapefruit for garnish

  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Muddle the pink grapefruit and olive oil

  • In shaker full of ice add 1T muddled grapefruit, Gin, St. Germain and Museion Rosé.  Shake and strain into rocks glass filled with ice, top with more muddled grapefruit as garnish.  Enjoy!

  • 1 oz Bourbon

  • 1 oz Amaro Nonino

  • 3 oz Museion Rosé

  • Fresh mint (optional)

  • Ice

  • Muddle the strawberries and olive oil

  • In shaker of ice add 1T muddled strawberries, Bourbon, Amaro Nonino and Museion Rosé.  Shake and strain into rocks glass filled with ice, top with more muddled strawberries and a fresh mint leaf.  Enjoy!
